Yes. All plans include unlimited users to drive adoption and collaboration.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. Pricing is annual by default. Discounts are available for multi-year agreements and certain organisations such as charities and not-for-profits.

Does Gatekeeper offer a free trial?

Yes. We configure trials to your use case for the best experience.

Do archived suppliers and contracts count toward plan totals?

No. Only live and pipeline contracts and suppliers count toward plan totals.

Is there anything to install?

No. Gatekeeper is a cloud-based application hosted securely on AWS. You receive product updates automatically.

Can I pay by invoice?
