What is the Gatekeeper pricing model based on?

Pricing and plans are based on your third-party quota, best-practice and custom workflow automations, integrations, and access to certain features. 

What counts towards the Gatekeeper third-party quotas, and what happens when we grow and scale?

Pricing scales with third-party volume, and our quota refers to pipeline and live third parties. If they’re not in use, we advise archiving third parties to free up your quota while preserving any data attached to the record, so you can build and maintain strong audit trails.

What are pipeline, live and archived third parties?

Pipeline typically includes any third party you plan to work with but haven't yet formalised an agreement with, so you may still be onboarding that vendor.

Live relates to third parties where you have an active working relationship.

Archived refers to third parties where you have a previous but no longer active relationship that you're storing.

Are users included with Gatekeeper, or do we pay per seat?

All Gatekeeper plans come with unlimited users included in our pricing. You don’t have to pay per seat or figure out how many users you’ll need, since there’s no limit. We keep users unlimited to support widespread adoption across teams and promote strong collaboration.

Do we qualify for a nonprofit discount?

Yes. Gatekeeper supports discounts for non-profits. When booking a demo, you’ll be able to discuss non-profit discounts with our team and what you qualify for.
