Joint and Several Liability

A Liability that arises where two or more Parties to a Contract jointly promise to do the same thing, and also separately promise to do the same thing.

If a Party is wronged, they can sue any and all other Parties involved and can potentially collect the total damages awarded from the lawsuit.
