Issue Severity

Issue Severity is grading system defining the impact of an issue on the affected Party's operations.

It is used to determine the response, repair and escalation timeframes governing treatment of the Issue.

It can determine any consequences for failure to comply with those timeframes.

Gatekeeper allows you to monitor Issue Severity with its RAG Status assignments. RAG Statuses are fully customisable to the issues you need to look out for.
