Clickwrap Agreement

A Clickwrap Agreement is an online agreement.

Users engage in the agreement by clicking a button that says “I agree.”

A Clickwrap Agreement can also be known as 

  • click-accept
  • click-to-sign
  • clickthrough

Clickwrap Agreements are often added to sign up pages or login pages to minimise risk.  

There are multiple types of online agreements including broweswraps.
