Terms and Conditions for Gatekeeper's SuiteWorld Apple AirPods Max Giveaway

1. Eligibility:

• The Gatekeeper SuiteWorld Apple AirPods Max Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open only to NetSuite Customers and prospective customers who are attendees of the SuiteWorld 2025 event.

• Employees, officers, and directors of Gatekeeper, Oracle or NetSuite, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

• Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor:

• The Giveaway is sponsored by Gatekeeper.

3. Agreement to Terms and Conditions:

• By entering the Giveaway, participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

4. Entry Period:

• The Giveaway begins on Monday, October 6, 2025, at 5.00pm PT and ends on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 6.00pm PT (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside of the Entry Period will not be accepted.

5. How to Enter:

• Participants can enter by completing the above online form.

• Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

6. Prize:

• The prize is One (1) pair of Apple AirPods Max in orange.

• The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $549.

• The prize(s) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.

7. Winner Selection and Notification:

• Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

• The winner will be announced on Thursday, October 9 via https://www.linkedin.com/company/gatekeeper-vclm and will be notified via email and/or by mobile phone if the number is provided to arrange a meeting to hand over the AirPods Max.

• If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Publicity:

• By accepting the prize, winners grant the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Taxes:

• All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

10. Limitation of Liability:

• By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

11. Disqualification:

• The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms and Conditions, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

12. Privacy:

• Any personal information collected as part of the Giveaway will be used in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.gatekeeperhq.com/privacy_policy-jan1-25.

13. Governing Law:

• The Giveaway is governed by the laws of Jersey. Any disputes arising out of the Giveaway will be resolved in the courts located in Jersey.

14. Miscellaneous:

• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
