Warranty

A Warranty is a promise made in a Contract that something is true or will happen.

It can also relate to goods being delivered by a certain date. 

Failure of a Warranty may result in a Liability to pay Damages.

You can store warranties from third parties in central contract repository, against the main contract, for complete visibility.
