Service Level Agreement, SLA

A Service Level Agreement is a stand-alone document or a part of a Contract specifying:

  • Aspects of the services to be provided under the Contract
  • The standards that should be applied to delivery of those services by the Supplier over an agreed measurement period
  • The consequences of the Supplier's failure to meet those standards in any particular measurement period.

You can store SLAs within Gatekeeper against their master records.
