Request for Information, RFI

A Request for Information is a formal means for a Party to obtain general information from a Supplier about the products and services it might offer.

It is a common practice and allows businesses to collect written information about Suppliers they may want to work with.

Information gathered as a result of the request can help businesses to decide who they will add to their supplier base.
