Contract Performance Review

A performance review is an evaluation of the level of achievement of a Contract's purpose or goals, in terms of Benefits Realisation and Value for Money.

When reviewing a contract or vendor, it is important to outline Key Performance Indicators. These could include: 

  • Time to Signature
  • Contract administration time required
  • The number of contract renewals prevented
