Contract Amendment

A Contract Amendment is a change to the Terms of a Contract, via the addition, deletion or modification of text.

Amendments can be made to terms, clauses and sections and need to be mutually agreed and signed by all parties. 

Any amendments should be captured against the original agreement for visibility and to create an audit trail.
