Confidentiality Agreement

A Confidentiality Agreement is also known as an NDA.

It's used to protect confidential information about a company, deal or project being made available by the person receiving the information. 

It is a legally binding agreement.

Confidentiality Agreements can be stored securely within Gatekeeper.
