CLM Maturity Model

A grading system with five levels that indicate the level of sophistication or maturity of an organisation's CLM capabilities.

Levels are defined in terms of the CLM functionality available, practices in place and the latent Risk not being effectively addressed.

Businesses can use the model to understand their current processes and identify areas for CLM optimisation.
