Vendor Onboarding

Vendor Onboarding is the process of setting up a new Vendor in an organisation's various IT systems.

You will also need to align them with processes used to run the organisation's business.

As the vendor is onboarded, new information may need to be collated related to: 

  • Financial history
  • Compliance with regulatory regimes
  • ISO certificates and SOC reports
  • Agreed KPIs and obligations 

A Vendor Portal should be used to automate the process of onboarding - eliminating manual data collection and allowing vendors to self-serve.
