Contract Management Action Plan

A checklist of the steps or tasks required to achieve an outcome.

This can be formalised within Gatekeeper using the Kanban Workflow Engine. 

When creating an action plan for a renewal, for example, your business can visualise each step of the process, from Legal review through to sign off.
