CLM Maturity Assessment

A CLM Maturity Assessment is a way to determine the current state of an organisation's CLM processes.

This assessment outlines which Maturity Level has been reached, as defined in the CLM Maturity Model.

The results of the assessment are valuable for businesses as it:

  • Highlights urgent issues requiring attention
  • Prompts businesses to identify bottlenecks in their process 
  • Offers a basis to consider how technology can improve maturity 

Dealing with the risks associated with the assessed CLM Maturity Level can then be established in a mitigation / improvement plan.
