Category Management

Category Management is a procurement strategy that segments spend into groups of similar or related products.

This allows organisations to focus management and capitalise on opportunities for Supplier Consolidation and other efficiencies.

Gatekeeper allows you to view Suppliers by Category in its dedicated portal so you can easily identify these types of opportunities. 

You can also enter and report on Supplier Risk by supplier, type and category - giving you greater levels of control.
