Contract Authoring

Contract Authoring is the stage of the lifecycle where the agreement is created. 

It includes all clauses, obligations and terms and conditions that need to be reviewed or negotiated. 

Approvers will often be assigned during the Authoring stage - with names being included in the agreement. .
