Consultancy Definition

Gatekeeper consultancy services are defined as expert advice, guidance and execution of the extensive configurable feature set and options, management of customisation services and conduit to the Gatekeeper integration team.

Configuration Definition

Configuration means the modification of the Gatekeeper data structure, navigation, naming, currencies, workflows and other options that exist inside Gatekeeper and are editable via the user interface by the user. Configuration does not require customisation development (coding) services and is included in customers' subscriptions.

The available Gatekeeper configuration settings are optimised during implementation by our Customer Success Team to meet our customers' exact use-case and maximise their return on investment. 

Customisation Definition

Customisation means the provision of any custom code to deliver enhancements to existing features, new features or integration with additional third-party services. Customisation does require development (coding) services. Unless customisation services are commercially agreed in advance and are explicitly listed in executed Order Forms they are NOT included as part of the service.

Our customisation options are managed by our Customer Success Team and include engineering, integration, design and user experience services. Unlike configuration settings, customisation cannot be managed by our customers within the Gatekeeper administration user interface.

Product Roadmap

The Gatekeeper product team work closely with our customers to help define and refine our product roadmap. When customisation services are required that are part of our planned product roadmap but do not yet have a scheduled date or resource allocation for development and release we can work with our customers to accelerate the delivery of these items at a discounted rate.

Integration Services

Gatekeeper has an open architecture with support for over 220 third-party solutions both via traditional ‘point-to-point’ integration and via middleware partners. We offer custom API support on our Enterprise plan using a range of methodologies and protocols (e.g. RESTful, flat file) to provide a seamless system architecture for our clients.

The Gatekeeper integration and professional services teams have a wealth of experience in managing integration projects including rigorously field-tested standards and templates for documenting the desired business value, technical requirements, role and responsibilities, error handling, testing and ongoing support.

Our custom integration services typically comprise:

1. Integration services - managed by our professional services team this includes business analysis, architecture design, engineering and testing on a blended per day basis.
2. Managed connector - an ongoing monthly fee to ensure the overall solution is well managed and our specialist resources are available to support the integration connector.
