Master Services Agreement (MSA)

Master Services Agreement is often abbreviated to MSA.

An MSA is any type of Contract containing the overarching set of Terms and Conditions used to govern arrangements between the Parties.

They are often used to streamline the negotiation process and create greater efficiencies for both parties. 

These agreements are for the provision of products and services as expressed in an Order Form, Statement of Work or similar document.

MSAs allow for amends, so that the agreement covers all future circumstances.
