Indemnity

An Obligation on a Party to a Contract to compensate for any loss another Party to the Contract may suffer that are the subject of the Indemnity.

This includes payment of reasonable court costs in the settlement of a Dispute.

Any communications about an Indemnity can be stored centrally in the messaging centre within Gatekeeper.
