The Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act (S-211) is a Canadian law aimed at preventing forced labour and child labour in global supply chains. 

Businesses that fall under the scope of the bill would be required to take several steps to comply with its requirements, including:

  1. Conducting due diligence on their supply chains to identify and mitigate the risk of forced labour and child labour.

  2. Developing and implementing a policy for preventing forced labour and child labour in their supply chains.

  3. Providing annual reports on their measures to prevent forced labour and child labour in their supply chains.

  4. Maintaining records and making them available to the government upon request.

  5. Cooperating with audits and investigations by the government.
