Expectation Management

Managing expectations is a communicative process.

It makes it clear to all parties involved what they should expect - and when.

This is an ongoing process and should be documented.

For example, if there is a delay against an agreed date, this needs to be communicated to the Party expecting a service.

Gatekeeper makes it easy to track expectation management as it records all messages within the platform and communications can be stored against the Master Record.
