Contract Management Plan

A Contract Management Plan is schedule of the broad set of activities needed to facilitate achievement of a Key Contract's goals or purpose.

It shows key details, dependencies, flexible and immovable dates, plus anything else deemed necessary for effective contract management.

Such activities and dates might be specifically stated in a Contract, or need to be developed and timed to support such activities.

The plan should be socialised with the Supplier, to ensure its practicality and achievability.

It is also a chance to obtain the Supplier's commitment to the timing of activities they will have responsibility for.
