Change In Law

A Clause used to deal with changes to an existing law, introduction of a new law, or an action like the declaration of a state of emergency.

These changes may introduce a new element of Risk to a Contract.

This Clause allows a review of the Contract and changes to be made to deal with the new circumstances.
